Hydraulic Oil Tank

- factory air tightness test: test pressure >50KPa test, no leakage, no permanent deformation box;
- The tank is filled with compressed air with a relative pressure of 30KPa, and each part under test is immersed in water depth <100mm, and the pressure is kept for 2min, without leakage;
- the bottom of the oil tank: the drain port is equipped with permanent magnet thread plug;
- Oil return filter: reliable operation, filtration accuracy <1mm, flow >200L/min;
- The lower outlet of the filter is shown in the figure, with a 45° cut and a distance of 10-20mm from the bottom plate;
- the fuel tank adopts pulse gas welding, welding width >8mm, material thickness 2.5mm.
